I love the fact the government has created a web site to block telemarketers from calling. I have put my mother on it as well. The only problem with the site is that you must renew your number every year. I would also love to see a block on polling. I received 10 calls on voting day to remind me to vote. It was from the Democratic Party in New Hampshire. I got these calls in the morning while I was getting ready to go. I finally got so mad that I told them if I got one more call I was going to vote republican. I went down to the polls and immediately found Betsy Devries and told her to call her office and tell them not to ever call me again. She did get on the phone and called her office. She said she was sorry. I told her if she couldn’t control how her campaign used phone list then I don’t have much faith in her for senate. The following week my daughter dumped her boyfriend for being too clingy. He has called all times of the day and night for her. I needed to find out how do I block a phone number. Enough was enough. I went on to the Comcast web site and found it was easier than I thought. I just had to type in his phone number and his calls would not ring. I will continue to block him with a stroke of a few keys until he gets the message. I could be really mean and call his parents and 3 in the morning and tell them I am returning their son’s call.
